One on One Coaching

One on one coaching provides you with accountability and guidance as you travel on your journey towards a happier and healthier YOU.  During our time together, you will learn how all ways you nourish yourself affect your overall health and happiness.  You will also gather tips and tricks you can use throughout your entire journey.

Initial Consultation

Let's review your health history to identify areas within your health and happiness where you are looking to improve.  We'll discuss your health and happiness goals and how we will work together so you can achieve these goals as you set sail on your journey.

3-Month Quick Start Program

If you are just starting out on your journey, or you are nervous to commit to a full 6-month program, I am offering a 3-month program where you will receive all the basics of one-on-one coaching.  You will be introduced to the many ways in which we nourish ourselves, and you will be encouraged to start looking at how that nourishment is affecting your overall health and happiness.

The 3-month program offers:
* Weekly 50-minute sessions (12 sessions in total)
* Notes following up to our weekly session
* Optional homework assignments between sessions
* Support via email between sessions
* Handouts and take-a-ways, when applicable
* Accountability!

6-Month Intermediate Program

If you are committed to your health and happiness journey and are looking to take serious steps on this journey, the 6-month program is for you!  In six months, you will see results - Mind. Body. Soul!  You will understand the many ways in which you nourish yourself, and you will start looking at how that nourishment affects your overall health and happiness.  In addition, you will have a collection of tools and tricks to use as you move forward on your health and happiness journey.

The 6-month program offers:
* Weekly 50-minute sessions (24 sessions in total)
* Notes following up to our weekly session
* Optional homework assignments between sessions
* Handouts and take-a-ways, when applicable
* Accountability!

PLUS
* Daily check-ins via email or text
* Self-care goodies
* Healthy recipes
* Entry into all week-long programs offered during this six months
* One month of additional support once the six month program ends

12-Month All Inclusive Program

If you are interested in focusing on your health and happiness journey for the year, this program is for you.  It incorporates the best of both the 3- and 6-month programs and leads you on your own journey of discovering what works best for your body.

The 12-Month Program offers:

* Weekly 50-minute session for 50 weeks
* Notes following up to our weekly session
* Optional homework assignments between sessions
* Handouts and take-a-ways, when applicable
* Accountability!
* Daily check-ins via email or text
* Self-care goodies
* Healthy recipes
* Entry into all week-long programs offered during this six months
* One month of additional support once the six month program ends

PLUS, a mix and match two of the following:
* Cooking demonstrations (in-person or via Skype)
* Exercise demonstrations/plan creation
* Pantry make-overs
* Grocery store tours
